Placing Order & Delivery

Placing Orders

In order to maintain the nutritious delicious quality we offer with each and every product we make, each drink is made by hand using only the freshest fruits & veggies available. In order to ensure that you get the freshest product possible, you will receive your order closest to our production date..

Our typical Production days are on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday's (unless a holiday or specialized event). 

 **Mississauga can order UberEats, Skip, & Doordash**

Delivery

Toronto (this is east of Mississauga, GTA East & North- Unless it is a holiday or special circumstance, we typically make deliveries on Monday and Thursday nights between 7pm-10:30pm (Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Hamilton Tues & Friday 6-930pm)
(any other non-listed places, please inquire)

*orders MUST be placed 24hours before start of following production day*
eg: Order by Wednesday 9am for Thursday morning production to have delivered Thursday evening-- WE MAKE THINGS THAT FRESH!! 

ALL apartments require customers to be home to receive.
After placing your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm delivery date.  Day of, you will be contacted once delivered (apartments, an hour beforehand).

(we can make exceptions to leave with concierge if requested)

**apartments- if you are not home to receive, after an arrangement is discussed & agreed upon, there will be an additional $15-20 surcharge to redeliver**

LOOKING FOR MONDAY DELIVERY 

- Orders must be placed prior to Saturday at 12pm. 

LOOKING FOR THURSDAY DELIVERY
- Orders much be placed prior to Tuesday at 9pm.

Just as ordering online, because your order is made 'FRESH to order, after your order is placed, you will be contacted and given the option of picking up in typically 24hrs.
PICKUP ORDERS must be placed 24 hrs before start of the next production day. 
Production days Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

PICKUP DAYS- Mon evening, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat

Maintenance, Refrigeration, & Shelf-Life of Our Product

As our products are whole fruits, whole veggies, NO chemical/artificial preservatives, we advise you treat, keep refrigerated our products as you would fresh fruits and veggies, for the ENTIRE duration of the shelf life (indicated by sticker on back of product)
-According to General Health Standards, Fridges MUST be set to 4 degrees or less.
-do not place in side doors, or near front of fridge, where temperature greatly changes or varies, which will have an affect on constant needed 4 degree product of Smoodees (especially shakes!)

-on our end, we not only ensure your product will be at desired temperature throughout production, but our delivery drivers have cooled measures to guarantee your product is delivered at that temperature as well. 

-if picking up, we do advise if product will not be cooled shortly thereafter, that you bring cooler bag or cooler for transport.

Take note that there will be a surcharge for this (unless special offer), and we only offer customizations on 2L jugs or 6 packs (unless you walk into the café, and you can get a single custom smoodee made on the spot- just for YOU)

 

Are we a Juice Company?

While we recognize juicing has many benefits- including ease of digestion, and necessary dietary restrictions, we are in fact a smoothie company. 

We blend ALL the Goodness fruits and veggies have to offer. Not just for the fiber, but we believe that whole foods are excellent fuel.

Are we a Vegan Company?

While our shakes, smoodees, & pumpkin powder is vegan & gluten free, we prefer to call ourselves ‘Neutral’..meaning that because our prime focus is on providing you the best fuel for maximum digestion & absorption, we found it best to leave out certain things that may interfere with our blends’ effectiveness..

Everything has its place, and we need people to pay attention to what ‘their’ body is actually feeling when it comes to ingesting anything.

We are inclusive, meaning that we wish to be able to provide deliciousness to ALL- regardless of their preferences, religion, political views, loves, or sensitivities

 

Are we certified organic?

Most of the products we use are organic however, not all are.. We follow a widely researched, and practiced nutritional guide called the ‘Dirty Dozen/Clean 15’- which nicely dictates which produce/products absolutely should be used organic due to their high pesticide absorption rate, and others that are much less permeable/affected..

Awareness is very important to us- meaning that we want you to know when you are selecting foods, why do YOU do it- as opposed to just following trends, movements, or rhetoric

 

What is the product's Shelf-life?

All of our products are all natural and do not contain any chemical preservatives, and just like fresh fruits and veggies, they will expire..

However, we extend our shelf life with the natural preservatives we use (lemon, olive oil, sweet basil), and also ensuring that our bases are specifically formulated not to include combinations/ingredients that will accelerate oxidization (decrease shelf life)…

Each product will have it's own expiration date that you can find either stickered or stamped on the bottom of each bottle. 

Shakes can have approximately 7-9 days while Smoodees have 12-21 days & our Immune Boosters can last two months (due to the lemon & ginger).
